• Manage 30 staff from a diverse range of portfolios with 3 coordinators directly reporting• Corporate reporting including financial monthly, quarterly and end of year reports.• Develop, coordinate and facilitate business planning and budget process for Lifestyle Services• Facilitate Lifestyle Services team approach to achieve organisational corporate objectives.• Assist with development of strategic plans including master planning of the recreation centres and produce and develop any business cases directly relating to strategic planning.• Leeming Recreation Centre and Melville Aquatic Fitness Centre redevelopment planning and consultation process.• Tenders and Expression of Interest for major capital and redevelopment projects.• Source grant funding for major projects.• Strategic alliances with both the private and public sector and community groups – strengthening all stakeholder relationships• Develop marketing, communications and sponsorships policies for Lifestyle Services• Develop, implement and monitor Human Resource policies and procedures
