Always driven by challenges and adventures. From an early age, I was attracted by the outdoors and adventures.My studies of Geology took me to many far-away places such as South America (Chile, Columbia and Venezuela) and later to the NorthWest Territories in Canada. In 1996 I had the opportunity to compete and participate in the Camel Trophy in the German Team in 1996.. Camel Trophy gave my life another direction. From competing in Kalimantan, Borneo and later organising the National Selections in Georgia, Cape Verdian Islands and Dubai/Oman. The international experience I gained by organising these events gave me further qualifications and experience and I was chosen to work on the international Land Rover G4 Challenge which took place in the years 2003 to 2006. In these international events, I met my now husband John Collins - an accomplished Adventure Racer on an international level.
