Recognised as a leading female lawyer in France, I have more than 20 years of experience working as a chief legal counsel, industry advisor, and international strategist.As Senior Partner at Fidal, the largest law firm in France, as well as Head of International, I help my clients innovate and develop successful businesses.I began my career in 1995 at Arthur Andersen International before joining Fidal in 2002. With extensive mergers and acquisitions expertise, particularly in cross-border transactions, I head up the M&A practice in the firm’s Paris office.I am Vice Chair of the International Bar Association (IBA)’s European Regional Forum, elected in 2019, the first time the position has been held by a representative of a French firm. I am honoured to be able to give Fidal a voice within the most prestigious and influential body representing the legal profession worldwide.My wide-ranging experience within the IBA and Fidal allowed me to discover gaps in the market which led me to set up unyer in 2021, an international organisation providing seamless professional services. As CEO, I am proud to lead an organisation made up of cutting-edge firms, with over 2,550 lawyers. Passionate about the business of luxury and fashion, I also have a keen interest in outdoor hobbies including golf and biking, and enjoy international travel. I am fluent in French and English. In 2023, I was named in the 2024 Best Lawyers awards as one of the 'Best Lawyers in France' for my corporate law practice.
