i am a yoga teacher, alliance trained, 200 hours, currently enrolled in the para yoga master training with yoga rupa rod stryker and have 200 hours to date, i have 100hours at the kym.org in chennai, india with a focus to therapeutic yoga for the individual. i teach private classes and also i was a founding teacher of early bird yoga program, catering to the senior community in miami. my goal is to bring a sense of well being and balance to students, no matter what stage of life.currently focus is on my business,,,,always a yogi....bringing light in the form of candles.Specialties: an in depth study and training of the science and application of yoga
