Ambulatory Integration Lead – Epic Project:Responsible for championing hospital EHR implementation with ambulatory stakeholders and serving as a key liaison with project team members to integrate registration and scheduling workflows. Involved in collaboration with champions, readiness owners, SMEs and executives to provide critical leadership ensuring full readiness of ambulatory stakeholders for adopting EHR at go-live and beyond. • act as a liaison between the Epic project team and the ambulatory clinical teams • influence build decisions with clinical perspective from ambulatory areas• advocate on behalf of clinic staff for particular Epic functionality• help to socialize future changes to workflows with clinical teams as part of readiness planning• facilitate communication/networking of teams to support shared learning• observe/highlight areas of opportunity for improved efficiencies in ambulatory areas (i.e. standardization)• identify functional changes, practice/process/operational risks or opportunities
