Instrumental in securing key business opportunities to address critical challenges in Agriculture. These achievements contributed to the Foundation’s mission and objectives. • Evaluated synergies, strategies, and inputs for commercial success of specific agricultural products (both crops and livestock) which identified new business and market opportunities.• Provided leadership in developing relationships with the private sector to support the Foundation’s development mission in Sub-Saharan Africa leading to increased business relationships and investments with commercial partners.

Assembled and led an international team that interfaced directly with suppliers and business partners to sustainably produce ingredients for company's products. These efforts led to the creation of programs that featured external partnerships and funding to deliver transformation and innovation through sustainable and responsible sourcing solutions. Additionally worked to develop and implement programs that promoted the socio-economic well-being of farmers and local communities, and provided market access. Led development and reporting for agriculture and responsible sourcing ESG metrics.• Led the assessment and incorporation of technology-based solutions at global sites in the supply chain that improved water stewardship, soil health, promoted biodiversity, increased farmer productivity/profitability, and reduced labor.• Developed company’s first Green Bond- a 30-year, $1B senior note offering. The net proceeds supported efforts in sustainable plastics and packaging, decarbonization of operations and supply chain, and global water sustainability goals. • Designed and delivered educational sessions and reporting updates regarding company’s sustainability goals to the corporate Board of Directors.• Leadership in Responsible Sourcing and ESG Reporting: Experienced leadership in responsible sourcing, including formal risk assessments, third-party audits, corrective action, and capability building for supply chain sustainability and responsible business practices. • Strategic Partnerships and External Funding: recognized for building strategic partnerships to drive success. Secured over $20M in external funding from prestigious organizations, including USAID and Inter-American Development Bank.• Human Rights Operating Council, Member - the Council, composed of senior corporate members, created the company’s first-ever human rights report for public disclosure.

Established Food Innovation Hub in Colombia - in partnership with World Economic Forum the Hub was designed to integrate agricultural, education, and commercial development leading to the creation of a sustainable food system within Latin America.

Programs included animal wellbeing, responsible antibiotic use, and forward-thinking environmental practices.• Expanded Farm Check Program to address animal welfare for multiple animal species. The program led to on-site training and audits, development of an animal well-being advisory panel, and funding for animal welfare research.• Designed and delivered educational sessions and reporting updates regarding company’s sustainability and animal welfare goals to the corporate Board of Directors.• Established antibiotic restriction program. The initiative led to training, audits, and certification programs to address the issue of antibiotic resistance in humans, while maintaining the health of the animals. • Managed oversight of Environmental/Social/Governance (ESG) reporting metrics for the company as required for the annual sustainability reporting.• Served as a Member of the Tyson Corporate Giving Program, which focused on philanthropic efforts by providing grants to local communities.
