Analyze and support the print acquisition and retention strategies. Analytics focus on catalog circulation test results (including match back analysis), revenue reporting by brand, profession, state and other KPIs are combined with ad hoc reporting.Provide circulation counts and strategy options for print pieces, including the execution of circulation and creative tests. Drive merchandising for all print material, using monthly revenue reporting. Execute all set-ups required in Ecometry for proper operation of tests and promotions. This support extends to eCommerce promotions while assisting them with analytics as needed.Maintain internal delivery timelines. Work with partners in Finance, track daily, weekly and monthly revenue as it compares to budgeted and forecast expectations. Track and study competitors activity.

Responsible for forecasting, tracking, analyzing, and making recommendations regarding key metrics of the Direct to Consumer business.Perform variance analysis on channel results vs. forecasts.Ownership of several Key Performance Indicator Reports (Order Curves, Customer Info, & Budgets).Accountable for the execution of circulation plans, budgets & segmentation of data pulls.Participate in budget development, purchase order creation and invoice payment.Interface with internal and external partners to ensure timely processing of database processes, mailing services, data files, offers and inkjet messaging.Develop and maintain competitive analysis reports.

Review and process invoices against appropriate month and expense center. Deliver invoices to Accounts Payable and maintain copies of invoices.Audit month-end reports relating to budgets. Work with managers to implement appropriate corrections and month-end reforecast to budget.Coordinate wire and check requests with Accounts Payable.Administrator of the Purchase Order System.

(Billing, A/P and A/R)Review weekly schedule of services.Approve, enter and expense vendor invoices to appropriate expense center.Account maintenance and resolve vendor disputes.Collect overdue accounts and act as the liaison with collection agencies.Month-end procedures and assist controller with reporting.
