Support Project Managers under IT-F. Duties included scheduling meetings using SharePoint and Outlook, Ordering all supplies. Provide project management support for a portfolio of projects, identified as part of the organisation’s plans. This involved the business case development, all planning activities, risk and issues management, monitoring and co-ordination tasks, negotiation and conflict management and representing the project manager at board level meetings. Prime responsibility was to ensure that together with the project manager, assigned projects produce the required deliverable within the defined quality, time and cost constraints and to facilitate full realization of benefits defined in the Business Case. This was achieved by appropriate adherence to and best practice within the profession, involving the production of plans, documentation and guidance for project teams throughout the project life cycle and ensuring all organisational procedures were adhered to. Planning and support, with responsibilities for tasks and projects within the portfolio, and some budget responsibility

Provide services to all cruise guests to ensure a smooth and timely embarkation/disembarkation and transportation process at the cruise ship terminal. Proof travel documents and input accurate guest data into computer systems. Meet and Greet arriving and departing cruise line guests. Customer service with a smile.
