Process Integration – identify requirements of systems for integration into the SMT line, MES system and machine control software. Characterize and document process capability and implementation strategy showing quantifiable and qualitative results and impact. Code Development – write and review Java code for the implementation of machine control software on a variety of machine platforms. Use procedural requirements to define code input and output parameters and functionality. Test Design & Execution – design characterization, verification, and validation test plans based on process, software and machine requirements and risk analysis. Execute tests and record detailed results for documentation of concise and accurate summaries. Data Analysis – use six sigma statistics to analyze data and determine process control limits. Complete gage R&R studies, attributive and quantitative, for process verification. Perform multiple levels of analysis to determine root cause of defects and prove mitigation implementations.

Process Design & Implementation – Developed a wash process using an inline washer for the purpose of cleaning microelectronic circuits. Completed risk analysis to identify process weaknesses, and designed and executed test plans for verification and characterization.
