Currently a yoga therapist, mindfulness practitioner and public speaker, with interests in health and welfare. Seeking opportunities in healthcare and/or corporate settings.In the past, I have gained skills in product development. I have lead cross-functional teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. I also have experience in vendor selection and management, process improvement and knowledge management. For the past 10 years I have been studying mindfulness practices. I graduated from the Prana Yoga Teacher Training program at Princeton Center for Yoga & Heath studying with Jeff Migdow, MD, director and founder of Prana Yoga. I most recently received my YTRx-500 credential (Yoga Therapy Rx™) from Loyola Marymount University. I currently teach yoga and mindfulness at Princeton Center for Yoga & Health and at the Katz JCC. I also am now a member of the Prana Yoga Teacher Training Faculty. I've been a featured speaker on several talk shows, speaking about yoga, yoga therapy, mindfulness and living.
