I am in charge of building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies to cultivate profitable relationships among other roles which include:• Creating plans to address clients’ business needs• Advising clients on creating profitable processes• Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied• Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate/resolve issues as appropriate• Assisting with generating new business and identifying opportunities for greater profits• Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products• Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.• Ensuring both the company and clients adhere to contract terms• Studying competition to find new ways to retain customers• Setting sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them• Collaborating with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, senior management) to address customers’needs• Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.• Letting customers know about other products the company offers.• Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.• Achieving client relationship targets and KPI’s• Working closely with Account Managers and Sales Consultants.
