Study architect leading mission analysis projects, such as optimized placement of jammers in contested environments, comparison of lethality and survivability of combat vehicles and researching into new methods of presenting analysis data for increased customer engagement and interaction. Used tools such as MATLAB, AFSIM, STK and various plotting and web-based technologies including Python and Django. Pioneered novel, web based, interactive graphics for customer engagement products at "Intrapreneurs" event. SW Engineering: SW engineer for “My Navy Learning” project writing Python code to translate parsed Navy Training documents into openapi schema format for browser display.PM for Next Generation Threat System (NGTS) Product Portfolio: Responsible for project health (schedule, deliverables and financial) of the SoarTech range of NGTS projects.B&P: Provided basis of estimate support for the largest round of SBIR proposal submissions in the company’s history. Involved in several proposal efforts including DARPA SCEPTER, DARPA Oversight and DARPA, winning “In the Moment” proposal.

• DARPA SocialSim Senior Engineer: In collaborations with UCFs Complex Adaptive System Laboratory, completed all 7 DARPA challenges to be in the last remaining 4 teams out of 7. Inward facing program manager responsible for technical health of program. Architect and primary coder on a client/server-based application using gRPC/protobuf, written in python, to allow serialization of data between NetLogo (an agent-based modelling tool written in scala), Repast HPC (an agent-based modelling tool written in C++) and a set of government provided python scripts, for the purpose of calibrating Agent Based models. Wrote a Genetic Algorithm in python to calibrate parameter space of agent based models. Implemented multi-processing algorithms in python for parallel model runs. Became project authority on statistical metric/measure analysis used to score models, this involved understanding and validating algorithms for comparing distributed data, such as earth movers distance and Relative Hausdorff (RH) distance. Created a series of 6 presentations to instruct members of the team on how metrics were calculated. Discovered many errors in government furnished metrics calculations which were making metrics random. Produced many graphical representations of model performance subsequently used in publication. Optimized fast-bert labeling of news articles using PyTorch.cuda parallel processed across multiple GPUs. Administered Amazon Web Services (AWS) across the SocialSim project, suggesting EC2 configurations. Administered AWS S3 data store and Elasticsearch/Kibana for query, graphical data discovery and visualization. • Synthetic Environment Core (SE Core) Senior Systems Engineer: Developing material encoding standard for SE Core terrain databases in partnership with Leidos.• OneSAF Production: Responsible for making software changes to the OneSAF production baseline, written in Java, and the OneSAF Operations Center written in JavaScript/Node.js with a MongoDB back end.

DARPA ADAPTable Sensor Systems (ADAPT) and Computational Leverage Against Surveillance Systems (CLASS) programs – Supported the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and worked closely with the contracting officer as technical representative for government, aiding with acquisition, program management and transition of DARPA programs. Provided technical evaluation of contractor's proposal and technical performance. Served as government lead technical representative at progress reviews, design reviews and technical interchange meetings with contractors. Created contractor Work Statement (WS) for inclusion in contract and provided technical guidance and clarification to that Work Statement. Also produced Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for inclusion in contract. Addressed contractors needs, questions and change proposals regarding technical, cost and schedule risks. Ensured projects were within established resource limits and remain on target with milestone schedules.

Combat Operations Center Command and Control Training Environment (COC C2TE) (Jun 2009 – Jul 2010): Project Lead responsible for directing the progress of a team of 20+ engineers to support COC C2TE project creating training tools for the Marines' COC. Responsible for producing the project schedule and managing the project to cost and schedule using earned value management (EVMS).Future Combat System Manned Ground Vehicle (FCS MGV) (Apr 2009 – Jun 2009): Project Lead supporting the FCS MGV project, prototyping FWKI apparatus and surrogates for the FCS "Training Common Components".

One Semi Automated Forces (OneSAF) (Apr 2008 – Apr 2009): Synthetic Environment Core (SE Core) Interoperability lead responsible for leading a team of engineers to solve complex interoperability problems between OneSAF, (Aviation Combined Arms Tactical Trainer) AVCATT and Close Combat Tactical Trainer (CCTT) systems.CACCTUS Senior Software Developer (Feb 2008 – Apr 2008): OneSAF baseline modifications.DARPA Real Time Adversarial Intelligence and Decision-making (RAID) Program Manager (Jan 2006 – Feb 2008): Became RAID PM at customer’s request, overseeing all aspects of the RAID program including schedule, budget and technical scope.
