Formulate and implement methods of outcome measurement and data collection.● Monitor and control related program budgets totaling $2,000,000.00.● Manage Brevard County and St. Lucie County operations with a total of 18 employees, 17 volunteers and approximately 600 clients.● Coordinate and administer staff trainings on: State Medicaid, Medicaid Waiver, Medicare, State Drug Assistance Programs, Housing Programs, and other entitlement programs.● Monitor all agency casework for quality control in accordance with state and federal guidelines. ● Ensures that the agency adheres to it’s various contracts and letters of agreement.
