I was in charge of overall game production for a WIP title. When I was onboarded the game design was not yet finalized so I coordinated with the shareholders, mostly management, to get their vision and expectations for the title and relayed them to my teammates. I then relayed the vision to the production team and planned concrete actions for us to achieve the said vision and we plotted it per sprint. It was still a work in progress when I left but I managed to push progress to mid-production.

I oversaw 4 projects when I was with Secret 6. I was assigned to projects that our clients contracted so I managed the internal and external communication. I shipped 2 titles and oversaw 2 ongoing projects when I left that I, unfortunately, cannot disclose due to NDA. Similar to my experience in Mega Cat, I gathered the vision, expectations, budget, and timeline for the budget which our clients directed and planned with the production team. We then execute this plan and I make sure we address all concerns or issues we encounter in the project to make sure we deliver it on time and up to our standards. After that, we ship the project and continue to provide post-release support to our clients to make sure it has no P0 or P1 bugs.

I was overseeing 10-15 projects a day when I was the project coordinator for SlideGenius. We make sure we meet the client’s expectations on the quality of our output, time of delivery, and budget for the project. If there are any concerns or revisions, we review them and if we can, we review the necessary changes and work on them until our clients are satisfied.

I established and laid the groundwork for the Samahang ESports by coordinating with small businesses and LGUs. I also managed and hosted a couple of events to introduce said ESports association.

I was the product owner of the assigned brand of the distribution company. I managed all processes from demand research, purchasing, inventory management, sales, and after-sales of the brand.
