Worked both independently and collaboratively to craft visual communications. My role evolved from designing content independently to helping interns and junior designers at Limitless SG grow in their technical skills to design for the brand. I was also a bridge between them and the management to help voice concerns when they did not feel comfortable to do so.

• 1st in-house designer in the APAC region, responsible for maximising P&G’s presence on e-commerce sites.

• In less than a month, my scope increased from supporting 1 country to supporting the APAC region of 6 countries (ID, PH, TH, VN, MY, SG)

• Supported e-Commerce department with fast paced turnaround and quick approvals, created more than 2000 assets in 18 months.
• Spoke with stakeholders to build relationships within and interdepartmentally to gather the insights needed for this role.• Communicated effectively in the suitable medium for maximum efficiency and productivity.• Liaised and interfaced between business and branding team to ensure on-point design for marketing’s use.

Worked with 8 writers and designers to ensure communications was accurate, readable and aesthetically pleasing.Reached 30,000+ people on the ongoings of the church through online and offline channels.
