- Typeform is a scale-up focused on providing beautiful forms, surveys and quizzes to ~140k customers.- Led the global Customer Success, Professional Services, Customer Support, Community and Education Help Hub for Typeform.- Designed and Operationalized an entire customer journey for Enterprise/Strategic customers.

Different roles include:- Agile Product Owner for the implementation of a tool designed to streamline the order entry process in order to reduce errors, increase customer satisfaction and reduce agent attrition.- Led a Sales Operations assessment focused on identifying low cost business & technology recommendations to drive opex reduction- Led a technology based assessment highlighting root cause of provisioning issues and provided both business and technology recommendations; many of which are currently in flight or implemented by the client.- Project Manager for provisioning projects that support both telephony and high speed data product lines for commercial and residential customers- Continuously contributing to RFI & RFP opportunities for Accenture

Internship in the Urological Division of CR Bard. Participated in quality analysis, and design development and prototyping for incontinence products. Also utilized MicroVu and tensile testing equipment to create regulatory reports for the FDA.
