During last 20 years within the Energy Industry across two Utility business’s Gas and Electricity, I have progressed from a Billing Officer to a Team Leader Roll, Subject Matter Expert and Product Owner within the most current organisation and most recently involved in system change program within to SAP.Most of my experience has been gained from working closely with all organisational staff and skill levels across the business to understand end to end business processes.I am experienced and highly effective Team player and Leader, I have led staff through continuous improvement initiatives, major and multiple system/technical enhancement projects and change programs. I have proven skills in stakeholder engagement, influencing decision making as a subject matter expert. I am goal orientated with an eye for detail and proactively seek out work and system issues to resolve any upstream or downstream issues in a timely manner.I am passionate about process improvement, productive outcomes, innovation, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
