My office was located in Kingston Ontario but I had a Global Role. I travelled extensively for DuPont conducting training in Supply Chain Management, SAP and Change Management. My travels took me to the U.S., Europe, U.K. and Asia.

During my tenure with Bell Canada I held several positions including: Long Distance Operator, Operator Service Supervisor, Repair Service Associate, Cable Repair Associate and Senior Associate 911 Services.My role in 911 services was to manage the addressing of municipalities in Ontario with the Fire, Police and Ambulance Services that provided service to the area.I was responsible to distribute and monitor the work of the 6 associates who were performing this work.
