Current•Main focused on pilots' recruitment: concentrate on recruiting pilots and attracting talent to join our dynamic team.•Overseas talent acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to source and recruit pilots from international markets. Conduct assessment in local and overseas to recruit top talent •End-to-End recruitment management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing to onboarding•Coordinate and facilitate recruitment Initiatives including job fairs, information seminars, and advertising campaigns.•Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with various departments to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.•Enhance employer branding: Promote HK Express as an employer of choice within the aviation industry through various channels and initiatives.
