About Christine Murillo

I am currently a student at Miami-Dade College and am pursuing my Bachelor's degree in the field of Nursing. I am planning to transfer to the University of Miami in order to complete my Bachelor's degree and learn more about the field of nursing. I am currently seeking in a position preferably in a medical office where I may work as an administrative assistant and gain more professional experience in patient experience and nursing. work experience has consisted mostly of customer service and administrative assistant work as I feel that these skills would translate very well into a career of professional nursing. During my time at Master Link Group, I prioritized providing the best customer service possible to over 60 clients who called in daily. I made sure to memorize all of the information the company had to offer and was prepared to assist callers in every way possible. My tasks included;- Providing information a vast amount of information to customers.- Assisting customers with processing sales- Directing calls to the correct department- Managing hundreds of client CRM profilesOutside of work and school I dedicate a large portion of my time by volunteering at my church. I have been volunteering at several large events since 2015 in departments such as visitor experience, registration, and hospitality. Some of my hobbies/interests include composing music, exploring nature, and establishing new relationships (both professionally and socially).
