As a Project Manager, it is my responsibility to manage the end-to end lifecycle of a project to ensure successful project delivery. This includes supervising multiple cross-functional project teams consisting of around 30 developers and QAs as well as coordinate with other project managers, business teams, and other company employees across office locations. I also make sure that projects are of quality, with proper documentation, in scope, and on time. Additionally, I have been in direct contact with clients for scoping and planning meetings at the start of a project to customer service beyond project completion. I have also worked and met with company executives with regards to management and operations to monitor and report on operational issues, opportunities, and development plans for the company.

Worked at a government project that produced high resolution flood hazard maps using Geographic Information System (GIS), hydrological data, and LiDAR DEM for informed decision-making of local government units. A leader and team-player that plays an active role in ensuring workflow efficiency by proposing solutions that would streamline procedures including planning, pipelining, and proper task designation. Coordinated with program heads and developers on design, methodology, and use of proprietary apps including web data visualization of hazard maps and real-time monitoring of water-levels.

Worked at a government project that produced high resolution flood hazard maps using Geographic Information System (GIS), hydrological data, and LiDAR DEM for informed decision-making of local government units. Attended conferences, workshops, and summits as participant and/or exhibitor and provided information to public regarding hazard maps, surveys, modeling and other concerns as part of raising awareness about the effects of flood and the mitigation efforts done by the government. Spearheaded designing an educational game that tackles disaster preparedness presented through an interactive digital narrative that implements decision theory.

Managed design and content creation of coffee table magazine and other pertinent documents to stakeholders’ forums including delegation and tracking of each staff member's assignments to ensure deadlines adherence. Created a visual representation of data through 3D simulation video using flood inundation maps derived by utilizing LiDAR DEMs and GIS applications. Presented at a national conference and contributing to the total number of conference papers by the project.

Delivered expert clerical support to diverse internal staff and management of various offices including a government-funded research project, Commission on Audit Office, Office of the College Secretary, and the University Dorm by efficiently handling wide range of routine and special requirements including managing incoming calls, coordinating files and sorting mail. Digitized and assessed financial statements and records for more efficient processing. Provided logistical support for events including setup of facilities and equipment, supply organization, and maintaining accurate record of attendance. Coordinated with committee heads for design and layout of promotional materials for the College of Science and Mathematics.

Worked at a start-up social web tech company that gamifies activities of daily life. Migrated existing company website to HAML, LESS, and Coffeescript from PHP, CSS, and Javascript and used Git, Bitbucket, and Phabricator for versioning. Researched new technologies, software packages and hardware products for use in website projects.
