- Implement, modify and adapt age-appropriate curriculum (Fundations, Starfall Pre-K curriculum, Handwriting without Tears).- Administer educational assessments (ELAP, DAY- -2) as well as generate corresponding reports and review results with family, colleagues, and district personnel.- Analyze behavior data, conduct Functional Behavior Assessments, and develop Behavior Intervention Plans.- Facilitate district observations.- Develop appropriate Individualized Education Plans. - Mentor first year teacher. Advising with Quarterly Reports, IEP development, CPSE preparation, Performance Evaluations, small group instruction, data collection.- Mentor Teaching Assistant's pursuing NYS Teacher Certification. Advising with FBA process, BIP development, generating clinical recommendations. - Participate in CSE, CPSE, and IFSP meetings. - Facilitate in-school parent training sessions and team meetings

Participate in CPSE and IFSP meetings. - Provide training to special education teachers, teaching assistants, about Common Core Learning Standards, programs curricula, record keeping, regulations, etc.- Provide individual parent education.- Provide clinical case assessment and review.
