I have experience in four different classrooms. My first placement was in a 3rd grade classroom in Waterloo, New York where I shadowed the teacher and aide and assisted with classroom management. In the 5th grade classroom, I was observed and videotaped by one of my education supervisors so I could watch my style of teaching and see where I was successful in the lesson and where I needed improvement. In my last two placements I was responsible for creating lesson plans that I would then use with the students. My cooperating teachers would provide me with feedback.
