I have been involved in all aspects of property management for over 26 years, including but not limited to Section 8 and LIHTCP, market rate, residential, and commercial. I have managed several condominium associations, homeowners associations, and rentals in downtown St. Louis and surrounding areas. As Director of Manager Development I help new community managers understand their roles, teach them how to navigate property management software, prepare budgets, and track maintenance and life safety protocols on all property systems. I implement new policies within the organization, and act as liaison between employees and the President & Vice President. I strive to establish relationships with new vendors while continuing relationships with current vendors.
