Currently looking for work as a Technical Product Manager, Software Engineer, or Developer Advocate / Developer Evangelist!I am a professional dancer (ballet is my specialty), personal trainer, and group fitness instructor, model, brand ambassador (among other things). After high school, I got a job dancing in a full time ballet company so I took time off of school to pursue my career as a dancer. I was always one of those "math/ science nerds" so I wanted to go back to school so I enrolled at the local city college where my ballet company was. Long story short, I took all different types of classes but I fell in love with computer programming and decided on a Computer Science major. I really was enjoying my programming and wanted to grow more in the industry however, I decided that I needed to continue dancing while I still could. My body can't dance forever so I knew I would regret not continuing down that career path and promised myself that I would go back to programming once my dance career was no longer full time.In 2019, I knew I was getting ready for the time that I would be ready to change my career path to computer programming. Then the COVID pandemic and lockdown happened which kind of completely changed the trajectory of my path (adding fitness/ wellness/ mindfulness into my repertoire) but allowed me to get a stronger grasp of what my ultimate life goal is and I am excited to use programming to help me up that path.
