I managed the entire sales cycle from identification to win. I provided market analysis including review of RFP opportunities. I actively collaborated with all teams to forecast bookings and coordinated contract negotiations.

Integrative (A Harris Healthcare Company) provides products and solutions that support and promote care coordination within state health and human services departments and agencies, as well as between agencies and caregivers. Integrative products and solutions deliver appropriate services to the appropriate individuals and improve clinical, financial and operational outcomes. Integrative creates solutions for a coordinated system of care across service business lines by integrating a collaborative case management application and electronic health record. As the Director of Clinical Solutions/Product Consulting and now Sales Executive I provide clinical expertise to the Product Management Team in system design including workflow processes, forms design, defining system interfaces, conversion requirements and guidance with table builds, parameters and reporting requirements. I assist in defining system use to improve operational effectiveness and productivity. I work with sales and customers to provide demonstrations on the product’s solutions. I work on marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends and opportunities; writing proposals, and coordinating trade show activities and user conferences. As sales executive, I serve as a key point of contact between an our clients: answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products. Their work includes: organizing sales visits. demonstrating and presenting products.

David Lawrence Center is a not-for-profit, behavioral health agency that provides comprehensive, innovative mental health and substance abuse services in Southwest Florida. In addition to helping children with behavioral, emotional and substance abuse challenges, the Center provides counseling and rehabilitative services to adults in crisis and individuals with persistent mental illness.While at the David Lawrence Center I progressed through a series of positions, culminating in responsibility for the leadership of multiple programs over the 15 plus years. My last position was administrative and clinical oversight for Substance Abuse and Specialty Services. As a director I provided all aspects of program management including budgeting, personnel, policy development, contract management, training, and public relations. The programs/levels of care that I provided leadership over the years include: chemical dependency residential, day treatment, outpatient, Drug Court, intervention, case management, targeted case management, therapeutic behavioral onsite, domestic violence batterer intervention, DUI, and prevention. During the years I developed and maintained strong community alliances with county/state agencies, law enforcement and other community service providers. I was a member/participant of multiple coalitions and committees with county government, social service and peer relation groups. I was also a member of multiple regional and State-wide committee’s and planning groups.

As a therapist I served a broad range of clients and provided group, individual and family therapy. As a partner and business owner I was responsible to fiscally mange our business including assuring appropriate licenses and insurance, accounting, and marketing.

While wth ACT I progressed through a series of positions and promotions. As a counselor, I provided victims of domestic violence and sexual assault counseling and education in individual and group setting. As a supervisor, I managed and provided direct counseling services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault, services to children in domestic violent homes and services to batterers, worked in individual and group setting with victim population. I also coordinated with community regarding services. I provided in-service and public training/education on domestic violence and sexual assault. I had a great opportunity to supervise their Transitional Housing Program. As the supervisor, I established departmental budgets, procedures, and program planning. ACT has a Domestic Violence Batterer Intervention Program, at that time it was certified by the Department of Corrections. I assessed program participants for lethality, mental health, substance abuse, and personality issues. I also facilitated multiple batterer intervention groups.
