Twenty-three plus years of educational background, degree, and experiences will allow me to excel in my shift to curriculum development and support.I bring a strong ability to organize, research, plan, and see tasks through to completion in an efficient and successful manner. I love to collaborate and provide open communication, active listening, compassion, understanding, and the ability to provide feedback that is efficient and effective. On a daily basis I collect, interpret, and adjust practices based on data collection through informal and formal evaluations. Leadership, management, coordination, and curriculum design and implementation for colleagues and students is my favorite thing to do. My greatest accomplishments evolve around making a difference for others and helping others see their true potential. I am excited to open myself to new opportunities and share my skill set that lies within an Educational Development and Technology career field. As an educator I pride myself in continuing to learn, develop, and stretch my abilities everyday and look forward to joining your team to see the difference we can make together!
