Enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who likes to gets things done. During my career I have been able to expand my responsibility, often adopting senior roles or taking the lead where necessary. More recently building on my ability to lead teams of people I have line managed a team of analysts through a complex transformation programme, improving business analysis practice alongside assigned project deliverables. I have worked on many projects, some customer focussed, some more specialist subject areas, such as Digital and Educational as well as Policy & Regulatory change and HR BPR. This showing my flexibility and ability to work across range of business areas. Due to this experience I’ve often been chosen to work on complex pieces of analysis at programme and project level, assessing the impact of change across an organisation.
