    I was actively involved in the set-up and implementation for the IPOS System (Integrated Port Operating System) within the Port of Rosyth. I produced Outturn Reports in an efficient and accurate manner using my ability to plan and prioritise in a given timescale.I was responsible for first line support and maintenance for operational areas and assisted in the implementation and development of new IPOS functionality, and systems across the Scottish Operation. I took a lead role in ensuring the proper usage of the system within the various operational areas and in working with users to both improve and ensure maximum advantage / benefit was obtained from the system. I assisted in documenting, prioritising, monitoring and resolving operational issues based on the impact of the business.My role as the IPOS super user for operational functionality was on a day-to-day point of reference for all IPOS queries. I logged queries which required IT involvement and subsequently tested any fixes together with other members of the team. I provided admin cover for IPOS, if required, within the various admin and operational areas to ensure continuity of the IPOS operation. I provided training and support for new and existing IPOS users.
