As Village Treasurer I was responsible for all aspects of Payroll, from enrolling the newly hired, running weekly payrolls, monthly payroll liabilities through the year end responsibilities. The Village is a Multi-Fund Fiscal Budget. I was responsible for the posting, tracking, and paying of Accounts Payable. Revenue was tracked, deposited, and balanced to be reported to the Board at monthly Board Meetings. Balanced Multi-Funds and multiple bank accounts to present to the Board. Preparing all financial reports to be presented to the Board of Trustees at the Board meetings. I would also work with the Mayor on any special projects as needed, IE, preparing paper work for grants and FEMA funds after a natural disaster. I worked with Auditor for the yearly governmental audit.

As Bookkeeper I was responsible for all aspects of Payroll, from enrolling the newly hired, running weekly payrolls, monthly payroll liabilities and year end responsibilities. I was responsible for posting, tracking, and paying Accounts Payable. Income from taxes, donations, fines, used book sales, ect. were tracked, deposited and reported to the Board of Trustees at the Monthly Board meetings. The Library was a Multi-Fund, Multi Bank Accounts system that were tracked, balanced, and reported to the Board of Trustees. I worked with our Auditor for the yearly governmental audit. I also have duties at the Library working with the public in what ever they may need. Checking items in and out of our systems, helping people on the computer, whether it is unemployment, job searches, ect, whatever the patron needs we help them with. I also have responsibilities for the growth of the Library's collection. The physical and computer inputting of books, movies, music, ect into our computer system. I also was responsible for running the Book club at the Library.
