I have been a qualified Chartered Physiotherapist for 23 years. I work for the NHS and have 19 years experience in amputee care and elderly rehabilitation which incorporates falls prevention and education, balance, walk training, improving muscle strength and joint movement. I have a Pilates matwork level 1 & 2 qualification and I incorporate these principles into the rehabilitation program as and when required.
