Currently I'm supporting transplant surgeons administratively (not clinically) with their calendars, travel, license and membership renewals and all related documents requiring signatures. I am looking to get back into a true business office. My experience has also been in executive level support and at the job previous to my current position. I managed all office needs for a start up company. I performed office management duties per the support of our head accountant. I coordinated all travel booking for all staff, conference booth set up, expense report reimbursement for all travelers, conference room set up for meetings including beverage service and lunch orders. The education and administrative experience I have acquired will fit with administrative support needs you might have. I have gained Zoom virtual meeting scheduling experience with industry changes. Tasks may differ with a different industry and I am looking forward to a new environment. Industries I am interested in are: real estate investment/renovation/design, entertainment, art, and pro-environment.
