My current role, Ongoing Know Your Customer, Customer Due Diligence for Lloyds Banking Group, has been varied from the start, from data gathering, to OKYC Analyst to QC. I have recently been selected to join a task force to enable the department to clear cases by speaking directly with the RMs. I have significant experience of succeeding in an extremely demanding environment, working under immense pressure. I can demonstrate the ability to prioritise work, multi-task and manage conflicting priorities whilst dealing with sensitive and confidential information. I am self- motivated, proactive and assertive, always setting myself very high standards.
