Currently work in the payroll department as a payroll administrator which entails office managing, reception, emails for the department, cutting manual checks, garnishment services, filing, W2's, data entry, timesheet issues/errors, and customer service for over 3K employees with experience in three different payroll systems.

Managed a caseload of 18-20 high school students with emotional and learning disabilities. I met with each student for a minimum of 40mins a week to conduct individual therapy and also conduct group social work services 3x’s a week for 40mins each. I was a member of the IEP team and had to write BIP's (Behavior Intervention Plans) and S.M.A.R.T goals for each student. The current computer program used at was EASY IEP.

Devised a team of 16 girls to play Freshman softball from a group of 30. Coordinated and lead tryouts with the head coach. Conducted and arranged daily practices, warm ups, conditioning, and weekly games for the Spring 2015 season.

I worked at a childcare facility that had multiple grants and programs for children 0-12yrs old. I was the only social worker in the building and predominately worked with the Early Head Start program. Early Head Start is a program for impoverished families with children under the age of 3yrs. I was a member of the administration team in which I created policies, procedures, work plans, and grants. Some of my responsibilities included: enrollment, recruitment, eligibility, and attendance. I supervised two home visitors, two family service specialists, an office support specialist, and am a field instructor for a social work intern. I also coordinated and implemented monthly Early Head Start Policy Council meetings, and Parent Committee meetings. I met with families on a daily basis and assisted them with any social service referral they may have needed. I was trained and well versed in the data system known as COPA (Child Outcome, Planning and Administration) and all Microsoft Office programs.

This position was a temporary position in which I covered a five week maternity leave. I was responsible for a caseload of over 100 students, with about 15 students having IEP's. I dealt with crisis interventions, IEP meetings, weekly counseling, and worked with the school's homeless and homebound program.

I was a case manager for medically specialized children and their foster families. I was on a permanency team, which means that I was capable of completing Adoption and Guardianship subsidies and paperwork. I attended court hearings, ACR’s (Administrative Case Reviews), and helped my clients with any service/referral they needed. I was also mandated to visit medically specialized wards twice a month in their foster placement. CPR and First Aid Certified. CTI (Crisis Therapeutic Intervention) Certified. I attended and participated in multiple DCFS (Department of Children and Family Services) trainings.
