Christine has been teaching different courses for the ITDI, namely Aviation Internal Audit Implementation, Aviation Internal Auditor, Document Control Systems, Ground Operations Documentation and ISAGO, Internal Audit Implementation and Control, ISAGO for Auditors, Quality Management (QMS) for Airlines, Quality Management Systems (QMS), Airline Customer Service and Airport Services – Passenger Handling. She served as the SME for the redevelopment of the Ground Operations Management distance learning course. She thoroughly enjoys the classroom environment and challenges her students to engage fully in the IATA learning experience.
