As an Office Operations Manager, my journey reflects 20 years of expertise in successful Operations Management, Purchasing & Procurement, Business Development, Benefits Management, and HR Administration. I provided oversight and support to administrative teams, working to improve Office Operations. I have been considered a "master coordinator" unifying teams across offices in several major cities; providing direct assistance to executive leadership and keeping the inner workings of the organization running smoothly. I not only strengthened operations, but also cut costs through regular budget management strategies.Taking charge in Benefits related processes, I assisted employees with their questions and concerns over their coverage options; running successful open enrollment periods for almost 12 years. Was proactive in supporting the 401k plan, and other voluntary benefits offerings.
