- Liaise with other parties, e.g., external IT and payroll providers, as required to ensure a successful and timely implementation.- Database migration from SQL on-prem to Cloud- Responsible for performing migration from the client system to Humanforce - Engage with customers to scope, configure, implement, and test the WFM system.- Performing an SME role during go live and implementation proper of the client system.- Creates, Implements and maintains APIs in Humanforce that is needed for extention and customization of client systems.- Configuration of AU & NZ AWARDS (Payroll)- Engaging with the Humanforce sales team, project managers, and support for larger and more complex customers – both in person and remotely.

- Performing a solutions architect role in providing the best-fit setup of the system based on the client needs. - Performing a Business Analyst role in gathering, understanding and analyzing client needs and translating them technical requirements that would fit the system.- Performing as SME and providing support to the client during the implementation stage and Go live.- Responsible for the set-up, validation, internal testing, parallel and parallel live runs (process payroll and statutory reports), and communicating the result to the client.- Provides training to the clients, through overviews, workshops, support, and knowledge of the system during and after the implementation stage.- Onboarding client's requirements/policies to the production server- Identifying and providing solutions to client's encountered issues
