Building a central materials organization from the ground up and implementing world class SIOP and inventory management processes throughout the 20+ chemistry, distribution, parts and equipment locations across North America.Business process leader for the 2-year (May 2024 to October 2026) phased implementation SAP S4 upgrade for two modules which are new to Sonny's: demand planning and integrated business planning (IBP). Leading each phase from design to test to implementation and managing tactical and cultural challenges thereof.

Sonny's Enterprise is the industry leader in the Conveyorized Car Wash market. The Tamarac facility performs welding, machining, assembly and distribution of all things car wash and is the largest Sonny's location.• Direct manager of layered materials organization of 20 team members who manage $40M+ of inventory, plan discrete manufacturing and make shipments of over $350M in annual sales.• Responsible for developing and maturing the materials organization through implementation of lean manufacturing principles, Plan For Every Part (PFEP) and SAP.• Drives team to document standard work for key processes, developed and documented policies and calculations for lot sizes and right-sized inventory. • Collaborates with Purchasing, Operations and Manufacturing Engineering to develop capacity forecasting model and safety stock and lot size calculators for procured and manufactured parts. • Documented, trained and implemented inventory calculation in Tamarac site resulting in 15% reduction in inventory cost ($5M) over 9-month period.

• Accountable for delivering operational excellence and process standardization to support landing gear products in an MRO facility with an annual generated revenue of $100 million. • Led annual strategic planning for Site including flowing down corporate goals and translating them to the Site level with weekly, monthly and quarterly objectives and corresponding metrics.• Led strategic planning for a large-scale site transformation project focused on product turnaround time reduction of 30%, and EBIT increase of 20% through 2025. • Assessed 5-year demand forecast and led cross-functional team to determine optimal CapEx spend plan for automation equipment which reduces labor hours and optimizes material flow and footprint. • Developed and implemented a four-tier structure to eliminate redundant daily meetings by creating an escalation process to address safety, quality, delivery, and cost issues impacting weekly shipments.• Appointed as Interim Senior Materials Manager for three months overseeing 25 employees including a logistics manager and hourly/ salaried employees.

• Directly managed a team of 16 personnel within materials & production planning and warehousing. Facilitated operations scheduling, material forecasting, and WIP movement to ensure on-time delivery.• Developed and lead daily production meeting with cross-functional teams including operations, quality, engineering and program management to ensure daily priorities were set and achieved.• Responsible for $50 million in gross inventory that included accurate demand forecasting, annual inventory assessments, semi-annual E&O reviews, and monthly cycle counts utilizing SAP ERP.• Promoted a Lean, Agile environment by developing and implementing a Plan for Every Part (PFEP) database to centralize and examine inventory and foster cohesiveness between buyers and planners.• Successfully consolidated three inventory management teams into a unified department to support the absorption of business from a site closure in Canada.• Created a weekly capacity forecasting tool (with a five-year look ahead) for monthly SIOP review. Incorporated value stream mapping in warehouse and manufacturing areas to reduce footprint and create space for growth.

• Managed $10 million of inventory, importing & exporting, and material resource planning for three North American facilities. Oversaw a team of 10 employees for shipping, receiving, and other movement of goods. Administered a Microsoft Access Database utilizing SQL and VBA to expedite over 300 daily orders.• Worked collaboratively with materials leaders across 30 engineered materials sites worldwide to ensure parts arrival to and shipment out of distribution centers ensuring on time delivery and controlling inventory cost.• Utilized ERP system and MS Access to generate and distribute monthly on-time delivery, inventory and monthly revenue reports which included details necessary for forecasting production schedules.• Conducted quarterly SIOP review with external customers (CAT, Pratt, Cummins) in demand planning, purchasing and quality from middle management to executive levels to ensure our data was synthesized.• Designed automation tools that increased the efficiency of the customer service team.• Utilized ERP system and MS Access to generate customer or part specific reports which highlight critical business requirements to meet production schedules on an as needed basis.• Successfully led a global team of supply chain managers on a worldwide inventory reduction strategy that consisted of all facilities proactively calculating right-sized inventory levels that reduced the risk of stockouts while increasing on-time shipping by 5%.

• Selected to serve on an executive leadership development team relocating to four U.S. manufacturing sites during this period. Gained valuable experience navigating projects with a focus on improving productivity and lead time. Accountable for generating bi-annual reports to present to senior executives.• Managed cross-functional teams comprised of site managers, engineers, planners, quality assurance staff, laboratory technicians, and operations associates. • Achieved a Six Sigma Green Belt certification by implementing a Design of Experiments (DOE) method that involved extensive data gathering that impacted approximately $440,000 in monthly revenue.

• Improved company-wide process flow by populating internal databases with current utility incentive information. Designed a national database of incentives and an automated rebate calculator through the use of Excel Macros and VBA.• Compiled technical documentation for 3,000 projects submitted to 60 North American utility energy efficiency rebate programs for a national retailer's LED retrofit initiative yielding $1 million in incentives.
