Expanded their licensed plush program through various licenses, sizes, and price points. Introduced a quick, effective method in the plush approval/production process which created a stronger understanding/bond with vendors and licensees.Worked with numerous licenses and licensees (Microsoft, Mojang, Echofox, CD Projekt, Psyonix)-Researched and kept up with various trends to reflect in future designs for what the consumer wanted to see in our company’s toy line up.-Oversaw every step in the creation process for the product. Everything from a conceptual sketch all the way to a final packaged product. This included working with various teams, handling tech packs, & approval process with licensee/vendors.-Maintained a strong connection with licensees, vendors, & production in creating detailed, beautiful product that meets all necessary pp’s with a quick turnover.

Introduced and designed a new line of washable plush to the PLAY line. Re-freshed our 18” Disney Princess Licensed Line. Worked with numerous licenses and licensees from independent artists to corporations. (Disney, WB, Crayola, Hallmark, Radio City, Space Pops)-Assisted in the creation of graphics, packaging, orthographic views, patternmaking, conceptual sketches, and renderings for Collectibles, PLAY, and Baby.-Oversaw all tech packs, samples, and approvals for oversea production-Assisted the Sales Team at toy shows with presenting our product to sales reps, buyers, consumers, and PR.
