CODAC provides a range of behavioral treatment, recovery and prevention services to individuals, families and communities in the Rhode Island area. I joined Codac in 2014 at the advent of the innovative Rhode Island Health Homes program. As the lead Team Coordinator of Codac’s largest treatment facility, she was an integral part of the team that designed and implemented this “first of a kind” program in the U.S. to provide comprehensive care coordination and management for opioid treatment patients. In 2018-2019 I led Codac’s project to develop and deliver Telehealth based services that integrate key community health entities for the purpose of providing immediate access to care in response to the current opioid crisis.Currently working on the selection and delivery of Electronic Records Management (ERM) system that will integrate 9 treatment sites in Rhode Island and Massachusetts on a common cloud-based platform.

Swizzle specializes in effective and actionable knowledge-transfer, training development, culture change, and workplace community building. The group provides expertise in adult learning principles and audience engagement. Swizzle is accomplished at transforming ordinary training content into extraordinary learning experiences. Developed and directed two-pronged human capital program for organizational health and change management. The program is focused on boosting business results in the Consulting Services sales cycle through formation of cross-organizational collaborative behavior in a highly individualized, competitive, acquisition culture. The key components of the program are management teaming development, and field training development and delivery. (See projects below.)

Led executive team of a privately held company, with $30 million in annual revenue, in development of a corporate business plan for delivery CRM products into the Fortune 1000 market, leading to public investment or buyout opportunities. (The Company was acquired by IBM.) Created account planning system for programming revenue generation activities from corporate account base.
