- Manage all global marketing aspects of the Hardware business line including WordPress, Pardot, Salesforce.com, as well as create social media and email banners and creatives- Provide historical company knowledge as well as be the legacy company’s marketing point person to ensure successful transition during acquisition

- Work with the VP of Global Marketing to track and forecast global budget and stay aligned with projected monthly spend- Create monthly presentation decks for Executive meetings to show analysis and reporting of Marketing-generated leads and ROI- Partner with product managers and management to regularly update or add new content on the WordPress site- Partner with new management, during several mergers and acquisitions, to facilitate and execute a successful transition plan

- Manage all events and tradeshows drive booth traffic, identify speaking opportunities, organize travel and hotel accommodations for North America sales with offices spreading across the country, schedule analysts’ briefings, sales lead distribution, track ROI, on-point person for all logistics and onsite assistance- Part of the rebrand team during all company mergers and acquisitions, and successfully execute a global rollout of brand-new website with 9 languages and updated collateral; Create internal and external-facing collateral for sales use- Maintain the marketing online collateral library for sales access via Sharepoint

- Coordinate several events and tradeshows a year and manage all aspects including budget, logistics, travel, lead capture, and distribution- Support organization with customizing marketing collateral requests - Manage department’s editorial calendar and Intranet database- Organize and track holiday gifts for over 1,000 enterprise clients

- Work with Sales teams to ship out Curvature Promotional Items (CPI) and collateral to prospects and customers, as a sales-oriented business tool- Prepare, package, and oversee CPI shipping processes; Maintain CPI order details, shipments, tracking information, and inventory in Oracle- Manage inventory-tracking spreadsheets in Excel; Complete daily and monthly inventory checks

- Provide service to customers with mishandled orders- Build orders and quotes for customers- Communicate with departments to collect products in a timely manner- Performe weekly and monthly audits for customer orders- Worke with management to ensure that departments are organize, confirming that shelves and products are identified with the correct price, SKU, and description- Help organize the store during special events, occasions, and promotions
