Having spent 10 years in the healthcare insurance industry at Board/MD level, I walked away to create a freelance consultancy business delivering Management Consultancy within the same industry, including the delivery of a Women's Development Programme, Springboard, a world wide, award winning programme, where over 15 years, I worked with more than 4,000 women, in many public and private sector blue chip organisations. Two years after leaving the insurance industry, an opportunity arose to create Jigsaw Healthcare Ltd (healthcare insurance again) and the two businesses ran concurrently. in 2000, a move (and more training) into Coaching/Mentoring was a natural progression from personal development training. Jigsaw Healthcare was sold to a competitor in April 2010 and I am now mentoring Owner/Managers of SMEs and coaching Women Executives to 'find their voice' in major organisations.In July 2014, more training in Soul Contract Decoding, which allows us to see our entire life in context, gives access to our true life's purpose, overcome challenges, build on strengths, and manifest our dreams.
