I pride myself on my ability to enter into almost any situation and be able to quickly recognize a resolution even when everyone believes they are at an impasse. Clearly a career in labour relations was destined from the start.I wear many hats in my career - negotiator, investigator, facilitator, adviser, expert and leader - but I am most passionate about those moments when I am able to genuinely connect with others and create positive relationships that empower real collaboration. Being sequestered for negotiations is not always ideal for many people yet I have found that working in those high pressure situations helps me excel at keeping those around me motivated, engaged and smiling.My experience to date has only made me more certain that I am doing exactly what I am meant to do and I look forward to growing my skills with every new experience and opportunity.
