As general counsel and head of business operations at a high-growth SaaS tech startup, I advise and assist the CEO, senior management and the board in driving and growing the business while evaluating business and legal risks.  As general counsel, I am responsible for the company's legal strategy, corporate governance, risk management, contract negotiations, data privacy and protection and litigation management and manage outside counsel and legal budget.  As head of business operations, I have built and oversee finance/FP&A, people operations and accounting teams and manage financings, annual budget, audits and employment matters, including employee relations, compensation and performance.  I enjoy problem solving and collaborating with the senior leadership team and am passionate about building great teams and culture and mentoring at EDO.
