Led efforts to gain over $14M in new Excella contracts since March 2013. Fully responsible for overall delivery, revenue growth, and employee satisfaction of the NRECA account. Grew Excella’s NRECA account from $200K to over $4M annual revenue in a one-year period. Primary liaison to NRECA client, responsible for status communication, contract management, and conflict resolution in alignment with Excella’s overall strategy and goals. Provided leadership and supervision for all Excella staff at NRECA, including career mentorship, delivery coaching, and appraisals. Led business development efforts and strategy, including contract development and negotiation, proposal leadership, rates, and capture planning.- Account Lead for NRECA Account. Supported Excella’s NRECA Account Owner in administration, management, and strategy. Supervised Excella personnel on a day-to-day basis, and conducted semi-annual appraisals. Delivered a custom work-order management system to the housing division at the University of Virginia. Leveraged to gain a significant add-on contract for a complete overhaul of the organizations systems.Developed requirements and modifications to customize the UVA work order system for the physical plant at George Mason University.
