Food and Travel Blogger | Author | Speaker | Cooking Classes I’m an Italian American who loves to cook. Travel is my other love. Over the years I’ve enjoyed Europe the most, Italy in particular. My Italian family comes from Palermo, Sicily, and Bari in the Southern Italian region of Puglia. So quite a few of my recipes have a Southern Italy “heart” to them.I created a blog to share recipes and travel notes. When I'm not blogging, I'm speaking to local groups and colleges about my food and travel adventures, or working in the garden to produce the fruits and vegetables for my recipes. I also teach cooking classes to local students and may launch a virtual video series of favorites in 2019.
