As customer service manager, I act as the ‘frontline’ of Retrojan, handling all customer enquiries and retail sales via phone, email, and face to face in the showroom. The role demands patience, diligence, and a proactive approach to problem solving. Additional responsibilities include: warehouse management & logistics, stock control, visual merchandising, and office management / administration.

Bed Bath N Table is a busy homewares store based in Hawksburn. My responsibilities included customer service, till operation & reconciliation, budget setting, visual merchandising, and stock control. This role called for a motivated self-starter committed to a consistently high standard of customer service.

In addition to providing retail customer service, my responsibilities included: mail acceptance and postage, cash handling & till reconciliation, banking and bill payment processing.

BNT is a popular ladies intimate apparel retailer, with a focus on providing personalised customer service to a predominantly female clientele.
