As an account management professional with over 20 years’ experience; I view myself as a strategic partner and advisor, making effective recommendations based on data analysis, organizational observations, and industry momentum.The desire to understand all stakeholder’s needs, situations and goals comes naturally to me. Being able to relate to everyone from entry-level to C-level in both internal and external teams’ fuels creative problem solving and moves projects forward in a collaborative way.I play many parts. In account management, there are countless moving parts and many hats to wear- the liaison, consultant, facilitator, negotiator, cross-functional leader, presenter, project manager, cheerleader, mentor, diplomat, analyst, event coordinator, and, essentially, the glue that holds everything together. Staying informed on the latest news and regulations, learning new skills, and keeping up on the hottest new companies (thank you Fast Company magazine!) keeps me sharp. What I do• Act as client liaison and manage day- to -day client communications.• Manage cross-functional relationships with internal teams.• Project manage workflow and deliverables on time and on budget.• Monitor fluctuations in performance indicators to proactively identify risks and opportunities.• Ensure effective execution of operational standards, including compliance is met.• Design roadmap of product innovations and services to support our customer’s needs.How I citizen*… I volunteer for NAMI- Valley of the Sun helping them with fundraising and community outreach. I share NAMI’s vision of a world where people affected by a mental illness can live a healthy, rewarding life supported by a community that cares.
