Responsible for over 30 inpatient facilities (acute, subacute, skilled nursing, IMD, crisis, and residential), and community based programs in San Diego, San Bernardino, Orange County, LA County, Texas, Nebraska, North Carolina, and Oregon that provide mental health services. Generalist duties include: labor relations and negotiations, training and developing leaders, partnering with managers to strategically plan the best course of action for current and future needs, consultation with managers regarding a variety of personnel issues to include employee relations, discipline, leaves of absence, FMLA, investigations, complaints, grievances, worker’s comp, conduct and coordinate the interactive process, respond to subpoenas and lawsuits, provide training to all levels of employees, and oversee the HR assistants. Primary point of contact for all employees for any and all HR issues.
