Analyzed product performance, established pricing strategies across the portfolio, and maintained monthly insights dashboards.

Ran the overall product strategy and messaging for Altiris’ server operations and security portfolios. Joined the company as a small startup, and wore many hats through a successful IPO in 2002 to $190M in sales before the Symantec acquisition in 2007. Executed a security and systems management convergence strategy, and refined positioning as portfolios trebled in two years. Brought three new products to market, including server monitoring and patch management.
